What I love about
the Breakthrough Technology Course
The day after I did the Breakthrough Technology
Course, I went to work as usual. But something special happened that day. I am a
pilot, and I was in the jumbo jet. As I started the routine of my job, I became
acutely present to the many people at work around this huge plane. Each one was
doing what he or she needed to do to prepare my jumbo jet for take-off.
This scene has repeated itself over and over
during the past 25 years since I became a pilot. That day, however, when I saw
people working, doing mechanical service, refueling the airplane, loading…. I
suddenly was moved to tears by “Wow! This airplane is embraced by the love of so
many people. How lucky I am to work in such a wonderful place!”
For the first
time in my long career, I had this incredible feeling. I felt very powerful and
said to myself, “I will cause the best flight today.” After the flight, I was
left with a deep sense of fulfillment.
I always thought that I loved my job, but
actually after the Breakthrough Technology Course, I had discovered something
new and valuable. Up until then I truly did not know the true joy of my job.
Deeply moved by what I was present to, a new world had opened up for me. A new
world in which it is natural for me to want to enjoy my flight more and more and
be the best that I can be.
Since then, I eagerly look forward to the next
flight. This is the result that I got out of Breakthrough Technology Course.
